holiday time projects

i really love to cut fabric up then sew it back together.

i replaced the fabric on the seat of this chair that no.1 daughter wee-d into submission while she was potty training.

then i started on a replacement cushion cover for a big pillow I was given when I was carrying no.1 son.

this is that checker-board seat underneath when I first put an old patchwork trial over the naff plastic seat, which was making my bum cold. 

this is the groovy snake that all those strips made, which is for the sides of the cushion.
